Having had lived in 124 Filton Avenue, Bristol from October 2010 until July 2011 I can confirm that the house was of exceptional standard both inside and out. It had been kept and was furnished to a much higher standard than any other student houses I had seen. Richard provided a reassuring and professional landlord service to us meaning that my stay was both comfortable and enjoyable. I have really enjoyed living at 124 for the last year, it's in a perfect location to get to the centre of Bristol, as well as being very accessible to the motorway and any place of work, even on the far side of the city. The house is a very good size for the number of people accommodated and was very easy to settle into, even with a mixture of students and professionals. The whole house was finished to a very high quality standard, with all the essential modern requirements. I would recommend this house to all students, professionals and anyone looking to live in Bristol.
