6 Rudthorpe road was a nice sized house in a great location to commute to UWE within cycling distance. There are also bus routes just outside the property which makes getting into UWE or town centre very easy. Richard is a very reasonable and competent landlord. If there were ever any problems with the property Richard was always very accommodating in getting the situation sorted. I would highly recommend renting with Richard.
